At Studio45, we believe that everyone has the potential to move better, feel more energised and unlock potential. Our methods are adaptable, inclusive and geared towards individual needs rather than a ‘one size fits all’ philosophy.
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that can be modified to suit the needs of our diverse range of clients. It can be used as a stand alone movement method or as a supplemental tool for other sports and activities.
I aim to teach in a way that is relatable and fun. So, whether you are someone who is looking to get a bit fitter, healthier and move more freely, recovering from injury or a sportsperson who wants to improve form and posture, I believe Pilates can help.
Pilates
At Studio45, our Pilates classes offer low impact, flexibility and strength movements, tailored to improve general fitness and well-being. Be it a group class or 1:1 session, we will guide you through the core principles of Pilates and work with you to achieve better postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Massage Therapy
We offer a range of massage and remedial treatments which aim to restore muscle imbalances and increase your range of motion. Massage therapy can be used to reduce stress and increase relaxation as well as aiding rehabilitation from injury and we will work with you to provide a treatment that fits your needs.
